Information and purpose
The contact form receives your name, email, topic and message, along with company, phone and website if you choose to provide them. This information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry. You can also email me directly. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and exploring potential professional collaboration, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Retention and hosting
Your message is sent by email. The form does not store it in a website database. Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to respond and follow up, and deleted when there is no longer a relevant need.
Simply.com web and email hosting supports website operation and message delivery. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, including IP addresses and server logs, for operation and security. Contact details are not used for marketing or sold.
Web analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain an overall view of traffic and technical performance. The service is used without traditional tracking cookies and is not intended to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising tracking or remarketing. The form uses a simple spam check without tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can contact me to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the conditions in data protection law.
